💢 Pricing & Payment Options
TM has 3 package levels with a tiered pricing structure. The larger the project, the less cost per Square Foot (SF). This also means that clients can combine the square footage on multiple capture projects and save on cost.
Size of Coverage
5,000 SF or less= $0.20/SF or $20/scan
More than 5,000 SF = $0.15/SF or $15/scan
20k SF or More = $0.10/SF or $10/scan
Admin & Setup Cost:
Basic: $125
Up to 10 Media Tags, Fly-Through Video, Fly-In GIF, and QR Code
Premium: $295 (all the above, plus)
Up to 30 tags, Dynamic QR Code)
Platinum: $695 (all the above, plus)
Up to 100 tags, Custom Fly-Through video, Interactive Splash page)
Hosting for first year is free (For more flexible or custom options, schedule a chat.
Billing: For commercial projects, TM will complete principle 3D capture of your space before sending an invoice. Upon payment, your Showcase will be published and your media assets delivered by email and cloud folder. For personal projects and commercial projects estimated at more than $999, a deposit for half the cost will be required before principle 3D capture of the space starts, and the remaining due upon delivery of all assets.
